Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver your project smoothly, you agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information (content, images, branding details).
Respond within reasonable timeframes to feedback or requests.
Ensure you have the rights to all content you provide.

Intellectual Property

- You retain full ownership of your content (artwork, images, text).
- DeepLayer retains ownership of its design frameworks, code, and creative methods.
- Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final product for personal or commercial purposes.

Support & Maintenance

After launch, we offer optional support plans (monthly or yearly) for updates, maintenance, and assistance.If you choose not to subscribe, you’re responsible for managing your website or shop.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel before work begins, your deposit may be refunded.Once a project is underway, refunds are not guaranteed, but we’ll always try to find a fair solution.

Limitation of Liability

While we do our best to deliver high-quality, stable websites and shops:
DeepLayer is not liable for issues outside our control (e.g., hosting outages, third-party software failures).
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
