(OVERVIEW)
Dalalat is a private membership platform for a growing spiritual community. Built fully bilingual in Arabic and English, it brings together live monthly gatherings, a replay library, guided teachings, and a shared community space, all inside one calm, personal home.
(THE CHALLENGE)
The community had outgrown its old platform. Members were scattered across tools, content was hard to find, and the experience did not match the depth of the work being shared. The client needed a single, private home that felt warm and intentional. It also needed to work perfectly in both Arabic and English, with full right-to-left support and no compromises on either side.
(OUR APPROACH)
We built Dalalat from scratch as a full custom platform. A landing page, a member dashboard, and an admin panel, all bilingual with proper RTL layouts across every screen. We designed the member experience around the rhythm of the community: gatherings, replays, a growing library, and a quiet space to connect. We handled subscription payments, member migration from the old platform with zero disruption, an automated email system for welcomes and reminders, and a full admin panel so the client can run everything without touching code.
(RESULTS & IMPACT)
Dalalat launched with existing members migrated in seamlessly and a new experience that finally felt worthy of the community's depth. The platform now runs quietly in the background while the client focuses on what actually matters: the teachings, the gatherings, and the people. It stands as one of our most complete examples of building a platform with a real deep layer.
